As an experienced REALTOR® I wholeheartedly believe in the concept of home staging to assist in marketing properties.  A good home stager's presentation of a home results in not only a quicker sale but a higher price for a seller.  I know this is true from personal experience.  I have hired Traci on several occasions to stage my own properties and have been extremely pleased with the results.

I was truly impressed by how Traci was able to transform this beautiful home to a spectacular home! The color accents she used on the main floor, in this instance red, just tied in the whole house, even down to the bathroom. The second level bedrooms were all done with different earth tone colors making all of the rooms very appealing.
